Firmin Lodge is a great place to stay for large groups. Close proximity to the Tarawera river that has awesome Rafting, Kayaking and Hiking. Climb Pūtuaki and camp at Lake Tarawera then hike to the Tarawera Falls.

Firmin lodge is a good facility to have annual functions, weddings, conferences, sports event and team building workshops.   Firmin lodge is located under Mt Pūtuaki and next to the Tarawera river rapids which is awesome for the white water rafting.  The open spaces and mature trees surrounding Firmin Lodge create an awesome park like venue.  The town’s free hot thermal water swimming pools are complimentary to the Firmin Lodge.

Awesome place to stay when your visiting or with a group, river just behind the firmin lodge you can go for walks enjoy the sound of the rapids, go for walk up Mount Pūtauaki. Bush walks.lodge has every facility there rooms, kitchen, toilets, showers, lounge, washing machine, dryer. Absolutely wonderful place to visit.
